CAD/CAM Design Services

At TRY TEK, custom milling of quality parts in either metal or plastic is part of our service. We use CAD/CAM programming to efficiently design and manufacture your most challenging parts. Please contact us to learn more about this particular service.

Metal Milling

TRY TEK machinists consistently produce quality parts to your specifications. Our Haas VF3 CNC milling machine is versatile and can produce your parts fast. Its tool changer holds 20 tools, the 15 HP gear-driven spindle delivers the needed torque, and the 20 in. x 40 in. table travels up to 710 inches per minute.

Plastic Milling

We also mill complicated plastic parts using a Bridgeport Series 1, RSG4 CNC milling machine. A vacuum vise will hold sheets up to 12 in. x 18 in.

Sawing

We can quickly and accurately saw materials to your specifications. Straight or angled cuts are available using our automatic feed COLD SAW.
