How to Order

For your ordering convenience, you may place orders by telephone at (717) 428-1477 or by fax at (717) 428-2865. Orders may be placed between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (With the exception of most U.S. Holidays). You may also place orders by:

U.S. Mail or by email at trytek@trytek.com. Check out our Products Page for specific product information.

When sending a U.S. Mail, e-mail, of fax order, please include the name of your company, telephone number, fax number, billing and shipping address, purchase order number, contact name, and shipping instructions. In addition, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE OUR PART NUMBERS. This will help us ship the right parts to you.

Special Orders & Parts

TRY TEK is willing to make special parts per your request. We are also willing to repair your existing equipment. A price quote will be given by phone whenever possible, however it will frequently require that the part be sent here first to be quoted.  Please call prior to sending a part back for repair. This will enable us to schedule it ahead of time so we can promptly complete the job and return it to you. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned.

Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum order we are able to accept is $20.00. You will be charged the minimum $20.00 on any order with a value of $20.00 or less.

New Accounts

To receive credit, your company must be pre-approved by us. Please supply us with the companies' full name, invoicing address, telephone and fax number. Also include the Federal E.I.N. Number (U.S. companies only), banks and (3) trade references.

Taxes & Import Duties

Domestic: We charge no state sales tax on any items, with the exception of Pennsylvania resident companies. Therefore, your company is responsible to pay any tax that your state may require based on your state's regulations.

Foreign: Normally we ship by air "Door to Door". Customer is responsible for any import duties.

Back Orders

If merchandise ordered is not in stock, we will place that merchandise on back order status. At that time we will expedite this ordered merchandise through our ordering system. If you would require quicker delivery than what our normal processing system allows, we are willing to do all we can to get your order completed as quickly as possible. However, an additional charge may be included to cover the added expense of faster incoming freight or special setups. The additional cost and delivery will be quoted to you prior to us processing your order.

All orders recieved by 12:00 noon EST are shipped the same day.*

All orders received between 12:00 noon and 5:00 PM EST are shipped the following day.*

* For our spare parts catalog items that we have in stock. Exceptions: machinery, items that require setup, special packaging, if you are a qualified customer. Guarantee does not cover computer interruptions, acts of god, carrier strikes, or nonscheduled shipments.

Super Service

We can ship same day air to any place within the U.S.A. It can be delivered within 4 to 10 hours of your call. No restrictions on size, weight or shape. Please note that this method is expensive and should only be used in an absolute emergency.

Terms

Net 30 days on open accounts from date of invoice. We also accept payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). All open accounts with unpaid balances over 60 days will be frozen till overdue balance is paid. All money paid is to be in U.S. $ funds. Foreign customers are responsible for all banking transfer fees.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, most shipments under 70 lbs. are sent by UPS, speed of shipment is by customer preference. Shipments over 70 lbs. will be made by the most cost effective method possible taking into account the customer's desire for time of arrival. We reserve the right to change carriers if the shipment would be affected by the carrier initially chosen. All shipments ex factory Hanover, Pennsylvania, USA. We insure all shipments.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We insure all shipments. Please notify shipper at time of delivery if there is any visible damage. If the package is not visibly damaged and the damage is not discovered until the package is opened, notify us concerning replacement of item(s). If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, call us so we can place a tracer on the package. If your package is deemed lost prior to being signed in at your destination we will replace the order. Customer is responsible for any items lost after being signed in.

Returns

Except as otherwise provided, NO MATERIAL WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AFTER 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT. To return merchandise call us at (717) 428-1477 for a return authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept etched, marked or altered products for credit. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within one week of receipt of merchandise.
